The hotel is fantastic, offering spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms in a great location near cruise ships, eateries, and the airport. The friendly and professional service, including assistance for a quiet room, is a big plus. My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we required for our overnight stay. The super king bed was superbly comfortable, with ample pillows and a soft comforter. The hotel was modern, comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and engaging, making our experience even better. The location was amazing, only taking us 15 minutes to get to the International Airport. The dining experience was amazing and the facilities were top-notch. A truly wonderful stay overall!

I had a lovely stay at Portside Alcyone. The rooms were ready at 10 am, fresh, and beautifully decorated. It would be perfect if they could add a complimentary biscuit to go with the tea and coffee. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Eat Street Markets for dinner and central to everything I needed.
